Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Business and Financial Support
+ Act as a financial advisor for the exchange's core businesses (e.g., spot trading, derivatives, institutional services, payments, pledges, etc.);
+ Provide in-depth financial analysis and business insights to support revenue growth, product investment decisions, and cost control.


Budget and Forecast Management
+ Lead the development and management of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for Dubai and the Middle East region;
+ Monitor budget vs. actual performance, conduct variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.


KPI and Performance Monitoring
+ Collaborate with business units to define and track key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs);
+ Align with the OKR management framework to support the achievement of strategic financial objectives.


Financial Modeling and Scenario Analysis
+ Develop financial models for new products, markets, token launches, partnerships, and more;
+ Conduct multi-scenario simulations and ROI evaluations to support strategic decision-making.


Compliance and Local Regulatory Support
+ Coordinate with compliance, legal, and tax teams to ensure adherence to UAE Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA) requirements;
+ Support local financial compliance efforts, including audits and tax filings in Dubai.


Cross-departmental Collaboration
+ Work closely with product, technology, marketing, and operations teams to embed financial perspectives into daily operations and strategic initiatives;
+ Contribute to the enhancement of data systems, financial tools, and analytics platforms to improve transparency and efficiency.



Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; 4+ years of experience in FP&A, financial business partnering, or business analysis--experience in fintech, blockchain, or exchanges is a plus; Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and experienced in financial modeling and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI); Familiarity with the virtual asset industry business model is preferred; knowledge of tokenomics or exchange operations is a plus; Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment; * Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CPA are preferred.
