strategic, results-driven Finance & Administration Manager

to lead, restructure, and enhance our financial systems, controls, and administrative operations. This individual will play a

key role in transforming and streamlining our financial architecture

, ensuring all arms of the company are aligned for sustainable growth, transparency, and profitability.

Job Overview



The

Finance & Admin Manager

will be responsible for the

complete financial management and administrative leadership

across all business verticals. This includes

budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, policy implementation, and internal restructuring

.

This role requires a

visionary finance leader

who can

bring structure, optimize systems, add measurable value

, and contribute directly to executive-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Strategy & Leadership



Develop and implement

financial strategies

aligned with the company's long-term goals across real estate, hospitality, construction, and investment sectors. Provide

strategic financial analysis

to the CEO and leadership for informed decision-making and investment planning. Lead

financial restructuring and revamp reporting systems

to create real-time visibility and control across business units. Introduce and enforce

financial best practices, policies, and procedures

that support scalability and compliance.

2. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Reporting



Prepare and manage

consolidated budgets, forecasts, cash flow plans, and financial models

for all departments. Deliver

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

with insights on performance, variances, and risks. Oversee

cost control measures, CAPEX/OPEX reviews

, and

revenue optimization strategies

. Ensure timely financial closing, accuracy of financial statements, and compliance with IFRS/local GAAP.

3. Accounting & Audit Oversight



Supervise the

full accounting cycle

including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and government bodies to ensure

audit readiness and compliance

. Ensure

timely tax submissions

, ZAKAT/VAT filing, and other regulatory reporting.

4. Administrative Management & Operational Control



Oversee

corporate administration

, including

HR documentation, office operations, procurement, insurance, contracts, and asset management

. Implement systems and workflows to ensure

smooth cross-functional coordination

and communication. Review and improve internal processes, delegations, and approval structures for

efficiency and accountability

.

5. Sector-Specific Support



Real Estate:

Monitor leasing income, ROI on properties, project development budgets, and sales forecasting.

Hospitality:

Collaborate with operations for cost control, OTA tracking, pricing models, and profitability analysis.

Construction:

Oversee project financials, contractor payments, material procurement audits, and progress-based billing.

Investment:

Analyze existing and potential investment opportunities, valuations, and expected returns.

6. Digital Transformation & Automation



Recommend and implement

finance/ERP software or tools

to streamline accounting and reporting. Drive

digital record keeping, approvals, and workflow optimization

for faster decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's Degree

in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or MBA is a plus).

Professional certifications

such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA preferred. Minimum

7-10 years of experience

in finance & administration, with exposure to

multi-sector environments

. Proven experience in

financial transformation, budgeting, restructuring, and team management

. Strong knowledge of

IFRS, tax laws, compliance frameworks, and audit processes

. Advanced proficiency in

MS Excel, ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle), and financial modeling

.

Leadership mindset

, with the ability to operate independently and deliver strategic value.
