Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Finance and Data Solution Architect with over 20 years of experience in leading, designing, and delivering complex SAP Data & Analytics transformation programs. This senior role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and client-facing leadership, particularly in the context of SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring a rich consulting background from Global System Integrators or Big 4 firms, with a proven ability to lead strategic client engagements and shape outcome-focused, enterprise-grade data architectures aligned to SAP Finance and Analytics objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the solution architecture and design of SAP Finance and Data Transformation programs, aligning to business strategy and technical feasibility.
• Engage in go-to-market (GTM), pre-sales, and business growth initiatives around SAP Data & Analytics offerings in S/4HANA programs.
• Conduct executive-level workshops with both IT and business stakeholders, facilitating strategy definition, use case shaping, and roadmap development.
• Collaborate with sales teams to translate client challenges into winning solutions and support in achieving sales targets.
• Define and lead the execution of architecture for data transformation, analytics, planning, and finance consolidation use cases.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders (CFO, CIO, Chief Data Officer) to drive transformational outcomes, leveraging SAP's modern data stack.
• Ensure architectural integrity and scalable delivery across the SAP ecosystem in complex, multi-system environments.
• Mentor delivery teams and provide governance across design and execution phases.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 20+ years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics, with strong exposure to solution architecture, program delivery, and pre-sales.
• Successful delivery experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and related data and analytics transformation programs.
• Experience in growth and pre-sales roles focused on SAP transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to at least 2 of the following SAP domains:

- SAP Data & Analytics Platforms: BDC, Datasphere, BW/4HANA
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Planning and Analytics
- SAP Finance Consolidation & Close: BPC, Group Reporting

• Proven ability to design and deliver outcome-focused business and technology architectures.
• Strong workshop facilitation and solution shaping skills across business and IT domains.
• Experience developing business cases and aligning delivery models to client priorities.
• Ability to operate confidently with CXO-level stakeholders, guiding strategic and operational decisions.
• Prior experience in Global System Integrators or Big 4s is mandatory.
• Exceptional English and Arabic communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Understanding of modern data architecture patterns (data mesh, data fabric).
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployments of SAP Data & Analytics solutions.
• Strong industry experience in sectors such as Energy, Retail, Automotive, or Manufacturing.
