Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and presentation of all Finance related secretarial work emanating from the office.
Responsible for certain financial accounting tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant in relation to payment processing and intercompany invoices
To co-ordinate and execute office administration duties of the Finance Department.
Delivering the highest possible standards of service and support without compromising the confidentiality of the Finance Department.
Preparation of all payment related documents and the corresponding system entries to record the same
Preparation of monthly intercompany debit notes and statement of account
