.The Role: Accountant
We are seeking a
skilled and detail-oriented Accountant
to join the finance team. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise inmulti-currency accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
, with the ability to work efficiently in afast-paced, multinational environment
.Key Responsibilities
Oversee
multi-currency accounting operations
, including conversions, reconciliations, and reporting. Managemerchant transactions and aggregator platforms
with accuracy and compliance. Performintercompany reconciliations
to ensure accuracy and alignment. Prepare timelyfinancial statements and management reports
. Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance withUAE regulations
and internal financial policies. Optimize processes and reporting usingQuickBooks and Xero
.Requirements
4-5 years of accounting experience in the UAE
. Strong knowledge ofmulti-currency accounting and reconciliations
. Experience withmerchant payments or aggregator platforms
is a plus. Proven expertise inintercompany reconciliations
. Background inmultinational companies
preferred. Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency inQuickBooks and Xero
.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
