Finance Accounting Manager

Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Finance Accounting Manager to join a leading regional agency and take charge of finance operations across multiple locations.
This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone with strong agency experience who can lead audits, manage reporting, drive compliance, and support business planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial controls, reporting, audits, and statutory compliance
- Manage payroll, employee reimbursements, and end-of-service processing
- Lead budgeting, cost variance analysis, and internal controls
- Handle client invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
- Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and business growth
- Support external audits and coordinate with outsourced accountants
- 10+ years of finance/accounting experience
- Must have current or previous experience working in a marketing, media, advertising, or PR agency
- Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC statutory and financial frameworks
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
- Experience with ERP systems and Workday is a plus
