We are looking for a
Finance Accountant with experience in construction or contracting companies
. The candidate should be capable ofhandling project-based accounting
, including costing, billing, and financial reporting for construction projects.Key Responsibilities:
Manage project accounting
, including cost tracking, billing, and payments.Prepare
project budgets
and monitor expenses vs. actuals.Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain
financial records for each project.
Ensure VAT compliance and proper documentation.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and Management for cost control and reporting.
Support audit and financial analysis activities.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years ' experience in accounting for construction or contracting companies.
Strong knowledge of
project costing
andjob accounting.
Proficient in Tally / QuickBooks / ERP systems.
Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 2,500 - 3,000
Accommodation & Transportation : Provided by the company
Visa & Medical Insurance: Provided by the company
Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law
