Finance Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Finance Accountant

with strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Saudi regulations (including VAT and ZATCA requirements). The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting tasks, prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, and support senior management with financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements. Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing reports. Ensure compliance with Saudi tax laws including VAT submissions and ZATCA requirements. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting. Review expenses, invoices, and purchase orders for accuracy. Assist with internal and external audits. Generate financial reports and analysis for management. Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience

in accounting or finance (preferably in Saudi Arabia). Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards. Experience with VAT filing, ZATCA compliance, and e-invoicing. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,

QuickBooks, Odoo

, or similar). Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage). Must be currently in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
