Coordinate and execute the Statutory reporting and requirements in accordance with Regulatory Authorities and local laws. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing the operations of the finance department, including the maintenance of the organizational structure and its suitability to achieving the department\'s goals and objectives aligned with corporate vision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing HO corporate accounting activities and monthly consolidation with the Subsidiaries \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely monthly closing and preparation of financial statements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for preparing the monthly consolidated financial management reports and reviewing the standalone reports for all those business units. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support BOD members and Executive Management in providing finance requirements, data gathering from different parties, ad hoc reports, inquires and clarifications which are related to the Group \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with external auditors and with the properties and other assets\' valuators for semi-annual valuation and ad hoc valuation assignments to keep track of properties\' market value, updating the loans LTV and update the books accordingly \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for developing suitable financial and operating procedures to improve the operational efficiency of the business unit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build critical cross-functional relationships and provide decision support, strategic financial analysis, and guidance
