Field Technician - CCTV & Security Systems

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Field Technician (Fresher or Experienced) to join our team for immediate deployment in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of electronic security systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, configuration, and termination of CCTV systems, Access Control systems, and Wireless Access Points.
• Conduct structured network cabling (CAT5e/CAT6) and fiber optics for security system networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security hardware and network connectivity.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations.
• Provide basic training and support to end-users on system operation.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including schematics and service reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Must be able to join immediately.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certification (e.g., CCTV, Networking, SIRA) is a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of IP networks, TCP/IP, and network configuration.
• Hands-on experience with tools for cabling and termination.
• Good physical fitness for working at heights, in ceilings, and carrying equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
