Field Support Engineer

Job Description
- Assist clients in solving complex technical issues.
- Provide On-Site Support
- Manage physical security devices (x-ray, WTMD, etc.), back office applications, desktop support (hardware, software and connectivity), processing systems (EVIDS, CUTE, etc.) incidents through to resolution.
- 1-2 years of experience in onsite support
- Should have good expertise in troubleshooting and resolving onsite technical issues
- Must be locally available in Qatar
- Must be available to join by October 2022
Contract length: 3 months Salary: QAR1.00 per month Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
- onsite technical support: 2 years (Required)
- Desktop support (hardware, software and connectivity): 1 year (Required)
- back office applications: 1 year (Required)
- processing systems (EVIDS, CUTE, etc.): 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- Qatar ID (Required)
