We are looking to add a Field Service / Sales professional to our CE&IG team in Qatar. The primary role will be field service work with sales as a secondary responsibility. Location: Qatar

Responsibilities:
Field Service
- Perform hands-on commissioning, troubleshooting, service, and repair of cryogenic pumps and related equipment for the LNG and industrial gases industries
- Performs inhouse repairs of Cryogenic Pump and Turbo expander Components as well as other tasks as assigned
- Provide high level technical support to customers at their location, handle warranty requests and respond to customer questions
- Provide on-site equipment training to customers, and support installation, commissioning, repair, and spare parts management
- Create field service reports and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
- Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits
- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
- Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
- Fit, align, and adjust all components, including bearings and seals and units to close tolerances and document all clearances on assembly clearance data sheet for review and approval of engineering.
- Check work to ensure conformance to specifications, instructions customer requirements on all drawings and work instructions per SOP procedures
- Maintain tools, equipment and work area in accordance with 5S principles
- Follow all Quality, Engineering, Sales, and Safety Procedures
Sales
- Promote and sell the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services to existing and potential customers
- Develop relationships and build new customer relationships, ensuring Nikkiso is seen as long-term business partner
- Promote Customer Focus throughout the Company
- Assist BLMs with QMS in areas of responsibility
- Monitor changes or developments within the industry and report to management
- Perform Salesforce responsibilities, ensuring all information is up to date
- Other duties as assigned that are broadly in line with the above and key objectives

- 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience preferred
- Technically competent with mechanics and software of cryogenic pumps and related equipment for the LNG and industrial gases industries
- Experience with turbo machinery preferred
- Ability to read prints and schematics
- Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Self-motivation and initiative to get results
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Excellent interpersonal communication (both written and oral) skills in local language and English
- Able to build confidence and to establish strong co-operative relationships with personnel throughout the company, customer base, and with key individuals within the industry
- A flexible attitude to working hours which are sometimes influenced by factors such as the need to complete the job or the availability of the customer
- Computer literacy for documents, presentation preparation and report writing
- Able to leverage databases such as Salesforce CRM
