Field Service Engr I

We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer I to join our team based in our Dubai, UAE. Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for servicing customer sites, maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical excellence. You will also provide leadership and support team members in the delivery of work to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise). The configuration and programming of CCTV, Access Control, Security, BMS and Third-Party Systems

\xc2\xb7 Diagnosing faults and repairs on CCTV, Access Control, Security, BMS and third-party Systems

\xc2\xb7 Software load and configuration of Access control Systems and CCTV other systems, as required

\xc2\xb7 Leading Small to Medium project design, installations, testing, commissioning, servicing & including managing subcontractors, financial control and ordering of parts/materials as required

\xc2\xb7 Support Team in ICT related technical issues covering Network, Software, Cyber Security and Virtual Machines

\xc2\xb7 Delivery of agreed services on time, within scope, and within budget

\xc2\xb7 Maintains customer\'s satisfaction at acceptable levels, and resolves customer satisfaction issues based on the contract KPI / SLA

\xc2\xb7 Reviews VOC feedback and takes appropriate proactive actions

\xc2\xb7 Ensures the availability of tools, equipment, and materials required while maintaining and controlling inventory levels

\xc2\xb7 Participate in estimate review process prior to jobs or contracts being achievable from a technical perspective. Participate in risk review (per Honeywell policy)

\xc2\xb7 The ability to mobilize resources and develop and implement action plans / control mechanisms to achieve desired results and deliver on commitments. Expertise in communicating, negotiation and implementing process

\xc2\xb7 Ensures service contracts, additional works and small service projects are resourced properly

\xc2\xb7 Ensure safe and healthy (HSE) work environment through effective communication, training, equipment/vehicle maintenance and facilities improvement

Key Experience & Capabilities:

\xc2\xb7 Tertiary qualified (degree and/or Diploma or higher) in business/facility management, or related industry

\xc2\xb7 6+ years engineering Industry experience / background - Access Control System / CCTV / Security / BMS control systems

\xc2\xb7 Expert well skills on Honeywell EBI, 3rd party Security System & related software

\xc2\xb7 ICT & Networking skills and knowledge of Cyber Security (desirable)

\xc2\xb7 Strong technical skills and broad exposure to technical issues

\xc2\xb7 Certification of CCTV VMS (DVM, Genetec, milestone, etc.) preferred

\xc2\xb7 CCNA Preferred

\xc2\xb7 ITIL Certified Preferred
