Discover and expand customer base.
Discovery, contact, marketing, maintenance of local e-commerce customers, to help complete the department's customer marketing targets, focusing on ensuring the service satisfaction of large customers.
Maintain customer relationship.
Follow up with existing clients for orders and payment issue. Solving customer complain and request with customer service department.
Expand Market and brand name
Increase exposure and awareness of the company in your market through marketing.

We expect you to have:

Strong communication skills.
A positive can-do attitude and a passion for the field of interest.
Based in Dubai (Old Market Area: Bur Dubai, Deria etc.)
Can speak Hindi, Urdu and English.
You might need to travel within these area, a 2 wheeler driving license is required.
This job requires base to be in the market and you will not need to travel to the company's front office unless necessary.
