The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving new business, onboarding key accounts, strategic partnerships, and delivering reports to senior management. Arabic proficiency is advantageous, but not required.

Responsibilities
Cold call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.
Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
Develop a network of contacts relevant to the target customer base
Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
Call outbound leads from target lists to identify key contacts
Qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and web submissions into sales leads
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in Field sales, Apparel Sales, Outdoor Sales
Self-starter, who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Must have a driving license with own vehicle
Should be flexible and adaptable
