1) Implement Sales & Marketing strategy of the Division / Product range in the market 2) Ensure that the Sales Force is properly equipped, trained, and motivated to achieve their targets by providing best service practices to the customers 3) Build and maintain professional relationship with the decision makers in the market to achieve the set targets 4) Ensure that the Sales personnel are adhering to the company policy & guidelines, 5) Ensure Brand objectives are met as per the guidelines of the Division Manager, 6) Direct the Sales personnel in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the respective territory / channel 7) Conduct strategic meetings with customers, negotiate and sign Business Development Agreement (BDA) & ensure implementation 8) Conduct regular sales meeting to evaluate the performance & take corrective steps to drive sales. 9) Conduct performance evaluation and appraisals (Quarterly & Annual) of the sales force for the Channel 10) Actively participate & get involved in the new business development opportunities 11) Ensure that the volume and value sale target allocated for the Channel is achieved, 12) Focus on improved distribution, visibility, share of shelf in the category, market share growth for each SKU/brand 13) Monthly Analysis Report \xe2\x80\x93 Analysis of report on account, Brand and Skus wise with results 14) Quarterly Business Review \xe2\x80\x93 need to do business review to Division Manager 15) Perfect Store \xe2\x80\x93 Gum & Chocolate P Scores should be maintained with the assigned target

Requirements
Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree from recognized university
Work Experience:
Minimum 7 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years of Total work experience.
Minimum 5 \xe2\x80\x93 7 years of relevant work experience
Minimum 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of managerial work experience.
Language and IT Skills:
Spoken and written high proficiency (English is a must), and advanced IT literacy
Functional Skills:
Demonstrate excellent communication skills (English Language \xe2\x80\x93 oral and written)
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
Demonstrate the ability to lead a team and plan future capacity requirements
Problems solving and analytical skills, coupled with demonstrated ability to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time.
Travel Requirements
Possess a valid UAE driving license and own car
