We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive to manage outdoor sales activities for food products in the wholesale market. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit wholesale markets, retailers, and distributors regularly to promote products
Develop new customers and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
Collect orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in food or FMCG industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the local market
Ability to work independently and in the field
Valid driving license (preferred)
Basic knowledge of sales documentation and invoicing
