About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence within the UAE's vibrant food sector. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with restaurants, retailers, and distributors to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive field sales activities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, including restaurants, retailers, and distributors.
  • Product Promotion & Merchandising: Actively promote our range of food products, present new offers, and distribute samples to secure new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market visits to track trends, monitor competitor activity, and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Strategic Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience and address client needs effectively.
  • Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, prepare daily visit reports, and manage the sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, specifically within the Food, FMCG, or HORECA sectors.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong existing network and in-depth knowledge of the UAE market, including key channels like restaurants, cafes, retailers, and distributors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Field Work: Proven experience in daily route planning and conducting field sales visits.
  • Personal Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • License: A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
