Position Overview
Field Sales Executive role in Dubai focused on outdoor promotion and sales of Etisalat Fixed Service products within residential communities. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outdoor and door-to-door sales of Etisalat Fixed Service products including home internet and smart services
  • Approach residents in buildings, compounds, and residential communities to promote telecom solutions
  • Generate internal leads through referrals, personal networks, and daily field activities
  • Explain product features, benefits, packages, and pricing clearly to potential customers
  • Ensure accurate documentation, form submission, and compliance with Etisalat sales guidelines
  • Maintain daily activity reports covering visits, leads, customer interactions, and closures
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through disciplined and consistent field sales efforts
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to strengthen brand image
  • Coordinate with backend teams to ensure timely service activation and follow-up
  • Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and update meetings as required
Ideal Profile
  • Confident and proactive with face-to-face customer interaction skills
  • Comfortable working in outdoor and target-driven sales environments
  • Basic understanding of telecom products and services
  • Higher Secondary qualification or above
  • Willing to work flexible field schedules
