Sales Executives - Personal Loan

for our Dubai office. The ideal candidate must have a proven background in

personal loan sales

with a solid understanding of UAE banking practices. If you are passionate about sales and ready to achieve high performance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Market and sell personal loan products to individual clients Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets Provide complete loan information including eligibility and documentation Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business Ensure full compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in personal loan sales within the UAE Familiarity with banking policies and product knowledge Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined Must be currently based in the UAE Immediate availability preferred
