Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Field Recruiter to hire riders and drivers for our last-mile delivery operations in the UAE. The role involves a mix of office-based and field-based activities, actively sourcing candidates from grocery stores, restaurants, labor camps, cafeterias, and other potential hubs. The recruiter must meet a minimum target of

10 qualified hires per month

to maintain the full basic salary.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit riders/drivers according to company hiring standards. Conduct regular field visits to camps, groceries, restaurants, and public locations to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain field networks to ensure consistent candidate flow. Conduct interviews, collect documents, and coordinate candidate onboarding. Explain job responsibilities, salary packages, and employment conditions to applicants. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and daily/weekly activity reports. Work closely with HR and operations teams to ensure timely deployment of selected candidates. Meet the monthly hiring target of

Requirements

1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue collar or delivery related hiring. Strong communication and field networking skills. Experience in UAE recruitment is preferred. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets. Knowledge of English is required; Hindi/Urdu is must. Familiarity with UAE locations and labor accommodation areas. UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary Structure:

Basic Salary:

AED 2,000 (full basic applicable only if the monthly target is achieved)

Revised Basic Salary:

AED 1,500 (if the minimum monthly target of 10 hires is not achieved)

Commission:

AED 100 per candidate hired

without UAE license

AED 200 per candidate hired

with valid UAE license

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
