Key Responsibilities:
Recruit bike riders and drivers across the UAE
Maintain and continuously update a ready pool of riders/drivers
Conduct initial screening and shortlisting
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and documentation
Meet monthly hiring targets and urgent client requirements
Liaise with operations and HR teams for smooth mobilization
Requirements:
Graduate (mandatory)
Proven experience in recruiting bike riders and drivers in the UAE
Existing database/pool of riders and drivers will be a strong advantage
Knowledge of UAE hiring processes, visas, and onboarding
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Salary & Benefits:
AED 3,000 - 4,000 per month (based on experience and strength of candidate pool)
