Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with customers Performing demonstrations & trials for customers wherever required Explaining the features and benefits of the products to the customers Working with engineers and technical managers to understand project requirements and recommending the right product as per their application Schedule training sessions for the customers as well as for the team whenever necessary Identifying new customers and sites regularly Interactions and take up dates about the progress of prospective sites from customer Provide excellent overall customer service Compelling and documenting reports on customer visit, market visit and information Timely forecasting of the right products Address customer issues and concerns in fixed time frame

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Experience of 2-4 years in selling industrial products Positive relationship building skills - cultivates and nurtures customer relations Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business Tactful and smart to handle customer objections and present solutions and options to specify products Energetic and result orientated Valid UAE driver's license for light motor vehicles
