. This role is 100% field-based and involves direct customer interaction, data collection, and brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit designated retail outlets, stores, or public areas daily.
Approach walk-in customers and encourage them to
fill out promotional coupons
.
Clearly explain the campaign offers and benefits to customers.
Ensure accurate and complete data is collected on each coupon.
Submit filled coupons to the supervisor at the end of each day.
Build rapport with outlet staff to ensure campaign cooperation.
Provide daily activity reports (photos, numbers, feedback).
Maintain brand reputation through polite and professional conduct.
Requirements:
Minimum education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
Experience in
field marketing, promotions, BTL activities
, or sales is a plus.
Good communication and people skills.
Confident, energetic, and proactive.
Comfortable working in outdoor or outlet environments.
Own a smartphone for reporting (preferred).
