About Us

We are a decorative architectural glass company based in Dubai, specializing in bespoke solutions for high-end interiors. We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, and proactive Field Business Development Manager to drive our sales and expand our market presence.

This role is perfect for someone who is hungry for responsibility, will be to build and maintain success, thrives on networking, and is ready to be on the road most of the time. Your primary strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, project managers, and business owners--ensuring our company becomes their go-to supplier.

Key Responsibilities

Actively showrooms and studios to generate leads, establish partnerships, increase brand awareness and display our products. Conduct CPD presentations and showcase product samples at architecture and design (A&D) offices to foster collaborations and secure projects. Engage with private construction sites, establishing strong relationships with contractors and developers to generate new business. Engage with A&D and artists offering them collaboration, opportunity to specify us in their concepts/visualizations Attend industry exhibitions, professional events, and networking gatherings to expand market presence and attract new clients. Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach to continuously build a pipeline of new business opportunities. Engage with potential clients on social media (likes, comments, follows) to identify new business opportunities. Ensure consistent follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients and drive business growth. Efficiently manage CRM systems and calendar scheduling, following structured sales processes to maximize efficiency.
What We Are Looking For

A true hunter--someone who can open doors, attract attention, and make people fall in love with our products. Strong networking skills within the construction, A&D, and building materials industries is a huge plus (but not mandatory). Proactive, outgoing, and highly energetic--ready to take the initiative and make things happen. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with different stakeholders effectively. Fast learner with strong business acumen, psychological resilience, and a passion for professional growth. Ability to work under pressure, meet weekly/monthly visit and lead targets, and continuously drive business growth.
Requirements

CRM proficiency (experience with sales tools and pipeline management). LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Texau (or similar) Presentation Skills Valid driving license (as this is a field-based role). Fluent English is and Arabic are must;
