Position: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients. Track and report on sales performance and progress towards targets. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform business development strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience in Oil and Gas Industry Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
