FF&E Interior Designer - Hospitality & Commercial

Location: Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai

Reporting To: Partner & Head of FF&E

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Designer to lead the creative and technical aspects of high-profile interior design projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in FF&E design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions that align with client expectations and project goals.

You'll work with top suppliers and research innovative materials to keep ahead of the curve.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

4+ years of professional experience in FF&E design, with a proven track record of leading high-end projects in Hospitality/Commercial projects. Extensive knowledge of design trends, materials, furniture, and finishes. Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or similar design software. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization, selection, and presentation of FF&E schemes for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Create detailed mood boards, material palettes, and presentation visuals to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers. Source high-quality materials, furniture, and fixtures that align with project standards for Hospitality/Commercial-grade projects.
