Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Architectural Designer

with a strong background in

interior architecture, fit-out execution

, and

design-build project delivery

. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a sharp eye for detail, spatial planning, and design integrity. You should be able to lead projects from concept through execution, manage on-site realities, and collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and detailing of architectural and interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. Develop full drawing packages, mood boards, material specs, and FF&E selections aligned with client vision. Coordinate with internal design, project, and site teams to ensure alignment between concept and execution. Oversee design-build project workflows, ensuring delivery timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met. Participate in client meetings and present design concepts and revisions clearly and confidently. Review authority regulations, prepare submission drawings, and ensure code compliance. Work with parametric and BIM tools (Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper) to develop smart and efficient design solutions. Supervise junior designers and support professional development within the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field. Minimum 8 years of UAE or international experience in architectural design, fit-out, and design-build delivery. Proficient in design tools: Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite. In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture layouts, and technical detailing. Solid understanding of UAE authority approval processes and building regulations. Strong project management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills. UAE driving license and site experience are highly preferred. Professional registration or certification is a plus.
