Job Description

_We are looking for a passionate and friendly Female Junior Barista to join our team at PCKD cafe. As a Female Junior Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional coffee and providing a memorable customer experience, with excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and cafe area.

Ensure proper inventory and stock of ingredients, utensils, and equipment.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns with patience and professionalism.

Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required.

A passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, team player, and reliable.

Competitive salary is AED3,000 per month.
