Female Junior Barista
to become a part of our team at
PCKD Cafe
. In this role, you will help create an exceptional coffee experience for our guests by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Role Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station and cafe space.
Monitor inventory and ensure availability of all necessary supplies and equipment.
Address customer questions, feedback, and concerns with patience and professionalism.
Adhere strictly to health and safety standards to ensure a safe workspace.
Help foster a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere for both customers and staff.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
A genuine passion for coffee and delivering excellent customer service.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a busy environment.
Positive mindset, team spirit, and dependability.
Salary:
AED 3,000 per month
