Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to promoting the health and well-being of our patients. This position requires strong clinical skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel. Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, medications, and treatments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution. Current Registered Nurse / Assistant Nurse license in [Dubai]. Minimum of [2] years of nursing experience in a clinical setting. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. Preferred Qualifications:
