We are looking for a compassionate and qualified

Home Care Nurse (Female)

to provide professional nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate should have DHA eligibility or license and experience in patient care, monitoring, and home nursing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients at home as per physician instructions and care plan. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor vital signs and patient health progress. Maintain accurate patient records and update reports regularly. Educate patients and families on health management, hygiene, and preventive care. Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals as required. Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.

Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility letter (mandatory).

Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and professional approach to caregiving. Willing to travel to patient homes as per duty schedule.
