Job Title: Registered Nurse(Preferably Female)

Main Function:

- Provide appropriate and safe nursing care to patients, considering their individual needs and utilizing evidence-based nursing knowledge and skills.

- Act as a proactive member of the home care team, dedicated to maintaining quality service delivery at all times.

- Prioritize meticulous documentation of patients' information and care records.

Scope of Job Activities:

- Provide nursing services based on patient needs and assessments, utilizing specialized skills and assuming full responsibility for each patient.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

- Participate in in-service trainings.

- Prepare patients and assist in examinations and treatments as needed.

- Develop and implement nursing care plans for each patient.

- Observe, record, and report symptoms and changes in the patient's physical or emotional condition.

- Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.

- Receive nursing report (handover) from the previous shift.

- Implement the company's health education programs.

- Foster collaborative relationships with other members of the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

- Report any incidents to the line manager as soon as possible.

- Practice and promote positive customer and peer relations.

- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.

- Follow infection control policies and procedures consistently.

- Be responsible and accountable for all assigned duties.

- Demonstrate competence in operating, handling, and storing all equipment as per policy.

- Check vital signs and promptly report abnormalities of patients to the Team Leader and/or doctor.

- Report any abnormal clinical manifestations to the Team Leader and/or doctor immediately.

- Liaise with the Team Leader and Operations Manager as needed.

- Be willing to work shifts as required by business needs.

- Maintain complete and accurate nursing care records and procedures, as well as overall patient documentation.

- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

- Ensure the confidentiality of all information acquired from the company.

- Initiate and participate in quality improvement initiatives and training.

- Participate in Audit and KPI training sessions.

- Ensure that you are completing the documentation on time.

Qualifications, Skills & Competency Requirements:

- Valid HAAD License as a Registered Nurse (RN).

- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic (strongly preferred).

- Physical fitness to effectively fulfill designated responsibilities.

- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.

- Self-directed and capable of functioning with limited supervision.

- Demonstrates a strong commitment to professional ethics.
