Hamdanglobal is looking for the Administrative & Sales Coordinator, who is responsible for supporting daily office operations and assisting the sales team to ensure efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service. This role combines administrative duties with sales support activities, requiring strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of legal contracts and agreements is essential to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation within sales and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, filing, scheduling, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain office supplies
Handle calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Maintain organized records, reports, and databases
Assist management with administrative tasks and project coordination
Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and contracts/agreements
Review basic legal terms in contracts for accuracy and compliance
Support sales team with follow-ups, lead tracking, and CRM updates
Process customer orders and coordinate delivery timelines
Communicate with clients, resolve issues, and provide product information
Generate sales reports and pipeline updates
Coordinate with finance, and operations for order fulfillment
Act as a primary customer contact; manage inquiries and build relationships
Follow up on pending payments, quotations, and client requests
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles
Basic knowledge of legal contracts, agreements, and related documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)--preferred
