We are seeking a motivated and business-oriented Female Working Partner to join our team and contribute to the company's growth and operations. --- We are looking for a dynamic Female Working Partner who can actively participate in business development, client coordination, and company operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT services and the ability to manage and grow multiple service verticals. --- Key Responsibilities Assist in the overall management and daily operations of the company. Lead and support sales, marketing, and client acquisition activities. Coordinate and supervise projects in: Digital Marketing Software Development Website Development Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of all client projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Identify new business opportunities and help in strategic planning. Support budgeting, financial planning, and resource management. Represent the company in client meetings and business discussions. --- Requirements Experience in IT, digital marketing, software development, or website development. Strong communication, leadership, and client-handling skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Business-minded, confident, and proactive. Based in UAE or willing to relocate. Preferably Female candidate. --- Preferred Qualifications Experience in the UAE market or digital agency environment. Knowledge of digital tools, software development basics, and project management.
