Key Responsibilities:
Assist hotel guests with tour inquiries and bookings
Sell Dubai tours, activities, desert safaris, and more
Provide detailed travel information and suggestions
Manage bookings, payments, and daily reports
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service
Maintain a professional and friendly presence at the desk
Requirements:
Female candidate only
Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry
Excellent English communication skills (Arabic/Hindi is a plus)
Presentable, confident, and customer-service focused
Knowledge of Dubai's attractions and tour options
