Real Estate Telesales Executive

to join our dynamic sales team and assist with converting high-quality leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from our lead database, engaging them with information about our premium real estate offerings. Understand client needs and guide them through the property buying process, offering tailored solutions. Provide detailed information on off-plan projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities in Dubai. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, including off-plan projects and regulations. Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Set appointments for potential buyers to meet with our real estate agents or visit properties. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve lead conversion rates. Record client interactions and maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and status updates in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Skills

:

Proven experience

in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Strong communication skills

with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone. Knowledge of Dubai real estate market, particularly off-plan properties, is a

plus

. Fluent in

Arabic

and

English

(both written and spoken). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple leads daily. Highly

goal-oriented

, with a focus on meeting sales targets and KPIs. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Positive attitude, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
