Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify leads. Promote real estate offerings and convert leads into opportunities. Maintain and update client information using CRM tools. Follow up with clients to build lasting relationships and close deals. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Provide exceptional service and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in real estate. Professional English communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential. Experience of working with CRM systems (Bitrix) and Microsoft Excel. Ability to handle calls gracefully and maintain a positive attitude. Multilingual candidates are preferred (Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, etc.). Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
