Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Forex trading services
Explain Forex products, trading platforms, and account types clearly to clients
Convert leads into funded trading accounts and achieve monthly sales targets
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
Coordinate with the retention and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Stay updated on Forex market trends, products, and company offerings
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Handle client objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
1-3 years of experience in Forex tele sales Mandatory
Strong knowledge of Forex trading concepts and terminology
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outbound calls
Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
Experience working with regulated Forex brokers
Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic/Hindi a plus)
Strong persuasion and closing skills
