Job Summary:

We are hiring a Female Telesales Executive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients

Draft and send tailored sales proposals and quotations

Convert leads into confirmed sales through persuasive communication

Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups using CRM tools

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Provide feedback to management on client responses and market trends

Requirements:

Female candidates only

Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi City

Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written)

Minimum bachelor's degree from a recognized institution

Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Target-oriented, confident, and professional attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
