Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Female Telesales Executive
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our card payment solutions, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Get Swipe Machine POS solutions.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our POS products and services.
Schedule meetings and product demos for the field sales team when required.
Maintain an accurate database of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively.
Follow up with existing customers for feedback and upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
Gender:
Female candidates only (as per business requirement).
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the financial services or POS industry.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
Confident, persuasive, and result-driven.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE experience is preferred.
