We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our team! \xc3\x98 Prospecting and qualifying leads from cold calls. \xc3\x98 Reaching out to potential clients in Dubai to increase sales. \xc3\x98 Following up with potential customers to facilitate sales. \xc3\x98 Effectively understand the client\'s requirements. \xc3\x98 Keeping track of all attempts to close sales, both successful and unsuccessful. \xc3\x98 Handling grievances in a manner that preserves the company\'s reputation. \xc3\x98 Improve the quality of customer service for existing & prospective customers. Skills: \xc3\x98 Prior experience working as a Telesales Representative or in sales/customer service. \xc3\x98 Proven track record of exceeding sales goals by phone. \xc3\x98 Excellent oral and written English skills. \xc3\x98 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xc3\x98 Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. Requirements: \xc3\x98 At least 2 years experience working in a similar role. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)
- French,Russian,Arabic (Required)
