Female Telesales (Arabic Speaker is a must ) Responsibilities: Monty holiday home is seeking a female and experienced Telesales professional to join our team. Should have great English and Arabic communication abilities. Tele Sales Agent with in-depth knowledge of revenue sharing with homeowners' by listing with us their properties as holiday homes. Sales skills such as Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Customer-Focused Mindset, Creative Problem Solving & Decision Making When Dealing with Customer Issues, Empathic Attitude, Ability to Adapt & Prioritize Across Multiple Tasks and Unexpected Situations, Active Listening and Trust-Building Called calling daily to provide leads and follow up with them on a regular basis. Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, Whats app, and social media add them to the pipeline and generate qualified homeowners to list their property in Monty's holiday home. Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with the sales manager Gathering and documenting client information, to prepare contracts and property permits. Answering customers' questions on short-term rentals. Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative thinking skills.
• The patience and ability to engage clients in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting clients
• Making 200 phone calls per day as a daily target.
