We are looking for a proactive and driven Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will engage potential clients, effectively communicate our Immigration and Visa services, and convert leads into consultations. This role is client-focused and target-oriented, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided lead list.
Clearly explain our immigration and visa service offerings to clients.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
Ensure clients have a smooth experience throughout the visa and immigration process.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
