Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and explain features to potential buyers or tenants.
Stay updated with market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation (contracts, agreements, etc.).
Maintain a strong database of clients and properties.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, admin, legal) as needed.
Follow company procedures, ethics, and regulatory compliance
