Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide swimming coaching across all age groups and maintain lifeguard duties. The successful candidate will develop students' swimming abilities while ensuring the highest safety standards in our purpose-built aquatic center.

Key Responsibilities

Swimming Coaching:

Deliver age-appropriate swimming lessons aligned with curriculum standards Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents Organize swimming clubs and competitive teams Plan and manage swimming competitions and events

Lifeguard Duties:

Ensure pool safety protocols are followed at all times Maintain pool equipment and water quality standards Conduct safety assessments and emergency procedures Supervise all aquatic activities

Additional Duties:

Collaborate with PE department on swimming curriculum integration Identify and develop talented swimmers for competitive pathways Support professional development of teaching staff in aquatic instruction
Essential Requirements

Qualifications:

Level 2 Swimming Coaching Qualification (ASA/STA or equivalent) Valid Lifeguard Certification (NPLQ or equivalent) First Aid and CPR certification

Experience:

Minimum 2 years swimming coaching experience Minimum 1 year experience in educational setting Experience organizing swimming competitions preferred International school background advantageous
