Elite Clubhouse & Billiard is looking for a dedicated and energetic
Lady's Swimming Coach
to train and guide children in our swimming programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching kids, ensuring their safety, and helping them build confidence in the water. She should be skilled in children's swim instruction, patient, friendly, and able to create a fun and supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct swimming lessons for children of various ages and skill levels
Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions
Develop structured lesson plans and progressive training techniques
Motivate and encourage kids to build confidence and improve their swimming abilities
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with children and parents
Inspect and ensure safety standards of pool facilities
Communicate effectively with management regarding class progress and schedules
Qualifications:
Relevant swim coaching certification or training
Previous experience teaching kids' swimming classes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage group classes and maintain discipline
CPR or first-aid certification (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
