is seeking a

dedicated female swimming coach

to lead our students' swimming program. You will teach swimming skills, improve technique, ensure water safety, and inspire students to develop confidence and enjoy aquatic activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, organize, and deliver swimming lessons and training sessions for individuals and groups. Assess swimmers' abilities and design training programs to improve technique, endurance, and performance. Monitor swimmers' progress and provide constructive feedback. Promote water safety and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols at all times. Motivate and encourage swimmers to achieve personal goals. Organize and supervise competitions, swim meets, and other aquatic events when required. Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and training schedules. Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and management to enhance the swimming program.

Qualifications and Requirements:



Proven experience as a swimming coach or instructor. Certification in swimming coaching from a recognized body. CPR, first aid, and lifeguard certification preferred. Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, training methods, and water safety. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required. Passionate about coaching and mentoring swimmers of all ages. Female candidates only (due to program requirements).
