We are seeking a professional and friendly Swimming Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be taking care of the swiming classes for all ages at our acadamy, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Swimming Coach:
Develop and implement comprehensive swim training programs for the kids
Instruct students on proper swimming techniques, safety protocols, and competitive strategies.
Monitor and assess swimmers' progress, providing constructive feedback.
Organize and oversee swim meets and related events.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience in the respective field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
