We are actively seeking an experienced Events/Catering/Hospitality Female Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a strong background in supervising event operations, catering services, or hotel events departments. The candidate must have at least 2 to 3 years' experience in hospitality field. As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our team while contributing to our commitment to diversity and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

You will have a friendly and outgoing personality, and a genuine interest in meeting and taking care of guests and good interacting with clients.

Overseeing the presentation and serving of the food.

Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

Respond to client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in event planning, catering, or hospitality supervision.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
